摘要
针对CT-2业务开展中的投资风险问题,本文提出在我国城市中的发展策略——先住宅后公用,并在用户需求、资费政策、投资风险及技术方面分析了该策略的可行性。
Put forward a development tactics in our cities,the residential quarter have the precedence over the public,in accordance with the issue of investment risk in the development of CT{.The feasibility of the tactics is analysed,in the respect of customer demand,price policy,investment risk and technique.
