摘要
本文提出了智能网（ＩＮ）和高级智能网（ＡＩＮ）的最新概念、特点和功能扩充，介绍了ＡＩＮｒｅｌｅａｓｅ１的网络体系结构、工作原则，并就ＡＩＮ的工作过程、实现方法、关键技术和开发环境作了重点阐述。
This paper has put forward the newest concepts,characteristics and function expansion of intel-ligent network(IN)and advance intelligent network(AIV),introduced network architecture,work principleof A1V release 1,and mainly expounded work processes,realization ways,key technologies and creationenvironments of AIN.
