摘要
本文以戊二醇空气氧化脱氧制取戊二醛,考察了反应条件范围为:压力<4.9×10~3帕(表压),温度440-490℃,空速~50小时^(-1)或更高些,氧醇比(摩尔)1.2—1.5,戊二醇水溶液浓度30-50%(重)。催化剂银含量~30%(重)。发现 Pb 是一个很好的助剂,加入量2—4%(重)。在相同反应条件下,Ag-Pb/a-Al_2O_3催化剂的产率比 Ag/a-Al_2O_3催化剂高10%以上。
Pentanediol-1,5 can be produced from cyclopentadiene in C_5 fraction bymeans of photooxidation.In this paper,result of investigation on preparation ofpentanedial from pentanediol by air oxidation-dehydrogenation were reported.Theeffect of reaction parameters on performance of Ag/a-Al_2O_3 catalyst was investi-gated.It was found that Pb was a good promoter for the catalyst.The yield inthe case of Ag-Pb/a-Al_2O_3 catalyst is 10% higher than that in the case of Ag/a-Al_2O_3 catalyst under the same reaction conditions,
