摘要
应用控制电流暂态技术比较铅和铅-4%锑合金注入钛离子前后在5mol/L H_2SO_4中的腐蚀行为.讨论了钛离子注入剂量对铅及铅-锑合金耐蚀能力的影响.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量弥散X-射线分析(EDXA)指出钛在铅和铅-锑合金表面上的分布与钛的注入剂量有关.钛离子的注入剂量直接影响着合金的腐蚀性能.
With transient state method of controlling current, corrosion behaviors of lead and lead-4%antimony alloy with and without titanium ion implantation in 5mol/L H2SO4 were compared. The effect of titanium ion implantation dosage on the corrosion behaviors was discussed. Implanted titanium dosage affected the distribution of titanium on surface of lead and lead-4%antimony and improvement of their corrosion behaviors.
