摘要
研制了一种粘结式开口方型GN3镉镍蓄电池.这种电池采用三联体塑料外壳,紧密装配结构,额定电压3.6V,额定容量3Ah,具有优良的中倍率放电性能和充电性能,最高放电倍率达到5C_5.其寿命试验按IEC标准求已进行500次,仍有85%以上剩余容量.所用粘结式镍、镉电极采用直接碾压成型工艺,多网电极结构,面积可任意切割,工艺简单,成本低廉.
The prismatic vented 3Ah Ni-Cd batteries with both plastic-bonded Cd and Ni elecrodes are developed. Charge-discharge characteristics and cycle life tests show that the battery exhibits best performance at medium rate and could be used at high rate up to 5C5. According to IEC standards, 500 cycles have been obtained with 85% remaining capacity, the testing is in progress.
