摘要
在350~400℃的温度条件下,以电解MnO_2(EMD)和LiOH·H_2O为原材料合成了复合MnO_2阴极材料.该材料具有良好的循环性能.其中,在模拟电池中以58.33mAh/g的放电深度进行充放循环,寿命达300次.在AA型电池中,以62.5mAh/g的充放深度进行充放循环,寿命近100次.X射线衍射分析结呆表明,在放电过程中,复合MnO_2的晶体结构略有膨胀,其中,Li_2MnO_3在这一过程中的变化较为显著.
Composite manganese dioxide developed from EMD and LiOH H2O at 350-400C has shown good performance as cathode material. It achieves 300 cycles at 58.3 mAh/g D.O.D in prototype cells and about 100 cycles at 62.5 mAh/g in AA size cells. Characteristics of its crystal lattic structure in discharge process are displayed and analyzed with the help from X-ray diffraction patterns.
