摘要 探讨了用动态法测定等温汽液平衡。提出了一套控制和测定的装置。该装置由传感器、监控开关装置、自动调压系统和汽液平衡釜组成,可在等压汽液平衡测定中控制体系与环境的压差和体系绝对压力的恒定;也可在等温汽液平衡中,自动地将温度变化转换成压力变化而控制温度的恒定。试验表明,该装置结构简单,结合新型汽液平衡釜,使测定结果精确可靠,测定过程简便快速,一个数据点仅需5—10分钟。 A determination system for measurement of isothermal vapor-liquid equilib-rium data(T-P-x-y)using dynamic method is presented in this paper,along withthe principle of temperature control and the total pressure measurement.Con-structed by the sensors,the temperature detector with switches for pressurecompensation or feedback and an electrically controlled pressure compensator,thesystem can be used to control automatically the constant temperature or constantpressure in isothermal or isobaric VLE data measurement.The experiments haveshown that while using this system,the absolute pressure control in isobaric VLEdata measurement can reach the precision of ±6.7 Pa and in isothermal VLEdata measurement,the precision of the constant temperature control is within±0.005℃.The schematic diagram of the determination system and the experi-mental procedure are given in detail.The experiments showed that the systemhas advantages of accuracy,simplicity and rapidity in isothermal VLE datameasurement.As a result,a data point can be measured in about 5 to 10 min.
