快速流化床出口结构形式对床层特性的影响

Influence of Exit Structures on Behaviors of Fast Fluidization

本文对快速流化床出口结构形式对床层轴向空隙率分布的影响进行了测试,研究结果表明,出口结构形式对床层轴向空隙率分布有明显的影响。在出口结构形式对两相流动约束作用较弱时,快速流化床中轴向空隙率呈上稀下浓形式;当出口结构形式对两相流动具有强烈约束作用时,床层中轴向空隙率分布明显改变。

Axial distribution of voidage in the fast fluidized bed with different exit struc-tures have been measured.It is found that the exit structures significantly influ-ence the axial distribution of voidage in the bed.A traditional pattern of theaxial distribution of voidage with a dilute phase on the top and a dense one atthe bottom were observed in the bed when only weak restriction was imposed bythe exit.Under the condition that the exit structure strongly restricts the two-phase flow,the axiai distribution of voidage in the bed changes markedly.
