摘要
本体系采用苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙燔酸缩水甘油酯四元共聚,以溶液聚合方法,合成分子量可以调节在2000—5000之间、软化点可以控制在80—120℃之间、分子量分布在2左右的丙烯酸树脂。测试其粉末性能,已达到热固性粉末涂料的要求,并对最佳工艺条件和理论进行了探讨。
Coating Powder was prepared by copolymerization of styrene,methyl meth-
acrylate,butyl acrylate and glycidol methacrylate monomers in solvents,with mol-
ecular weight,2000—5000,molecular weight,distribution ~2,and softening point
80—120℃,all controllable.Physical properties of the powder met the requirements
of thermosetting resins for coating.Optimization of the process was also discussed.
