Collision and Rub between Bearing and Journal Caused by Rotor Unbalance

摘要 本文分析了由于转子不平衡响应过大而引起的轴承与轴颈碰摩的机理及征兆,通过实验证实了所分析的结果,提出了相应的诊断方法。 The mechanism and pertent. which the journal impacted and rubbed aggainst the bearing surface caused by over --- respondence of the roter unbalance, had been analyzed and its results had been verified by the experiments. On the basis of above---mentioned,the relative method of diagnosis has been put forward.
