摘要
本文评述了研制新型粗粉分离器的重要意义,提出了旋转煤粉分离器的近似模化原则,根据这一原则,对旋转煤粉分离器进行了模化试验研究.叶片选型试验结果表明。桨型叶片优于斜叶.桨叶式分离器的分离特性试验结果表明,其分离效果好,分离效率高,煤粉细度能达到R90=9~13%,颗粒特性指数为1.05~1.2.本文最后一部分对一种新型静动叶结合叶片式旋转煤粉分离器进行了分析,它是一种同时吸收挡板式分离器和叶轮式旋转分离器优点的组合式粗粉分离器,能最有效地将煤粉中的粗颗粒分离出去,是新型粗粉分离器的发展方向。
In this paper, the approximate similitude principles of a new type of rotary pulverized coal classifer were proposed and the modeling test for the classifer were presented. The results showed: (1) The classifering effect was well; (2) Its efficiency was high; (3) The fineness of pulverized coal could reach R90=9~13%; (4) The characteristic index of pulverized coal particle was 1. 05~1. 2.
