摘要
对顺丁烯二酸的恒沸脱水过程进行了分析,认为强化传热是减少副反应,提高过程收率的关键。作者据此设计了用二甲苯蒸汽把顺丁烯二酸溶液喷成雾状进行脱水反应的工艺方法,并作了实验验证。
Dehydration process of maleic acid(MA)was analysed in this paper.For thereason of increasing product yield and decreasing the amount of byproducts,itwas proposed to promote heat transfer between gaseous xylene and liquid MA.Based on this concept,a new spray atomizer was developed and experimentaldata confirmed the expected results.
