摘要
本文论述在钢弦式位移传感器及配套遥测系统研究方面取得的一些成果。叙述了系统构成、各部分功能及传感器的设计思路。重点讨论传感器工作膜设计、弹簧设计及激发器研制等关键技术。传感器量程: 0~100mm,输出频率范围: 900~2300Hz,分辨率:优于0.01%FS。针对传感器输出频率范围窄的特点,文中提出用单片机实现固定m的多倍周期测量法。此外,导出了适于所有钢弦式传感器的拟合公式,特点是拟合精度高,能在很大程度上消除初频漂移带来的误差。最后,给出了系统分辨力测试结果。
Some results achieved frim studying on the steel wire type displacement transducers and their related remote system are described in the paper. The system constitution ,every part function and the design thought of steel wire type displacement transducers are presented. As to the transducer ,the spring design and the exciter design. The transducer s range :0- 100mm ,output signal ferquency range ;900-2300Hz, resoilution ;less then 0.01%FS. Also,the paper puts forward a multicycle measuring method of frequency using a single chip microproceeeor and a computation formula suiting to all kinds of steel wire transducers Finally,the test resutls of the system resolution are given.
