A Thermo-economic Analysis of the Separation Process of an Ethylene Plant

建立了化工过程热力经济分析模型,提出了构造(火用)价约束方程的原则并构造了几类装置的(火用)价约束方程。对大型乙烯分离流程进行了热力经济分析。就不同边界(火用)价对热力经济分析的影响进行了分析。表明用本文提出的方法进行热力经济分析,仅与流程结构和输入(火用)价比有关,如输入(火用)价比相当,本方法可对处于不同经济环境的同类流程进行类比分析。

A Model of thermo-economic balance for chemical processes is established.The general rules for setting up the the exergy-price constraint equation andequation for several types of ethylene units have been proposed.With this model,a thermo-economic analysis for the separation process of an ethylene plant hasbeen studied.The paper has made an analysis on effects of different boundaryexergy prices on process evaluation.The result shows that the thermo-economicanalysis for a process,using the method advanced in here,merely depends onprocess construction and exergy-prices ratio.If the input ratio is appropriatean alogic analyses may be made for similar processes in different economic:environments.
