摘要
论述了吉林11.5万吨/年乙烯装置将原设计 M-TCF 倒梯台型裂解炉中椭圆型炉管在1985年改造为圆型(MASCOT)炉营,并于1986年首次应用在1~*炉上。经工艺考核证明应用该型炉管,提高了乙烯收率,增加了乙烯产量和经济效益,同时圆型炉管的各项机械性能、弯曲、结焦、渗碳、腐蚀等均能满足裂解工艺要求。为今后裂解炉管的改造开发提供了有益的数据。
The present article describes the modification of the elliptic tubes to circularMASCOT tubes in the M-TCF inverted trapezoidal cracking furnace of the 115000MTA Jilin Ethylene Plant in 1985.The circular tubes were applied in the Na.1furnace for the first time in 1986.Test-run results and process performanceprove that in the case of circular MASCOT tubes,the ethylene yield as well aseconomical efficiency increase.The various mechanical properties of the tubes aswell as bending,coking,carbon penetration,corrosion,etc.,all meet the processroquirements.This has provided valuable data for further improvement of thefurnace.
