摘要
利用介质光波导理论,分析和研究了集成光波导结构中局部介质折射率变化引起光传输特性的变化,并将此用于Mach-Zehnder干涉式光波导中,计算得到光传播常数与折射率变化的关系,从而获得了所需的相关规律。此外.还概述和分析了实施该局部介质折射率变化即具有传感功能的有机分子L-B薄膜(Langmuir-Blodgett膜)的分子结构与合成原理。
This paper anal yses and calcul ates the change of a l ight propagation constantcaused by refractive index changes of a part of dielectric at integrated optical waveguides,andsome very useful relations between wavegiode parameters are found from the calculations. Thepropagation constant change is a kind of phase change which can be detected by using an inte-grated optical Mach-Zehnder interferometer.In addition,the molecular structures and synthe-sis principles of L-B films of organic materials with gas sensitive properties are briefly des-cribed and anal ysed.
