摘要 研究了用不同模板剂、添加不同类型粘结剂以及高温水蒸汽处理对 HZSM-5沸石表面酸性及二甲苯异构化性能的影响。得出了不同模板剂合成的 HZSM-5沸石酸性与甲苯异构化活性间的关系;而且随添加粘结剂 A(?)_2 O_(3)-SiO_2 中 SiO_2 含量增加以及水热处理温度升高,沸石酸性及二甲苯异构化活性均下降。同时还对二甲苯异构化机理进行了讨论。 This paper studies effect on surface acidity of HZSM-5 zeolite and perform-ance of xylene isomerization of different template reagents used for synthesizingHZSM-5 zeolite,several kinds of adhesive agent added to HZSM-5 zeolite,and hightemperature steam treatment.Relationship between synthetic HZSM-5 zeoliteusing different template reagents and the activity of xylene isomerization areshown.The acidity of HZSM-5 zeolite and the activity of xylene isomerizationdecrease as hydrothermal treatment temperature and SiO_2 content in the SiO_2-Al_2O_3adhesive agent added to HZSM-5 zeolite increase.Meanwhile mechanisms of xyleneisomerization are discussed.
