中轨移动卫星通信系统星座方案研究

采用中轨星座是设计移动卫星通信系统的捷径，分析了各种星座设计对移动卫星通信系统设计的影响，论述了进行星座设计的主要算法。

Adopting constllation with the medium altitude earth orbits(MEOs)is a shortcut to establish a mobile satellite communication system(MSCS).The constellation design onthe mobile satellite communication system design effectiveness is discussed.The designalgorithms of MEOs are derived.And a constellation scheme of MEOs of China is alsoproposed。
