摘要
Ｆｏｗｌｅｒ－Ｎｏｒｄｂｅｉｍ公式是一个在理想条件下推导的计算场致发射电流的公式。对场发射体的实验测量表明：实验结果往往比根据Ｆｏｗｌｅｒ－Ｎｏｒｄｈｅｉｍ公式计算的结果大得很多，说明这一理想化了的公式应用于实际场发射体时，必需得到修正。本文讨论了产生这一问题的原因，并提出了合理的定量修正方法。
Fowler-Nordheim formula is a formula to calculate the field emission current.Itwas derived from some idealized conditions.Experimental measurements show the field emissioncurrent from actural field emitters is always much larger than that calculated from Fowler-Nordheimformula,It predicate that this idealized formula for actural field emitters should be modified,Thereasons for madifications and a rational quantitative method to medify this formula are given.
