We have developed a new image processing system basing IBM PC series computer.This is to describe the new processing system which is a multi-functional image processing andanalyse one.We can easily connect the system with any SEM(or STM,EPMA,and TEM)and collect andpeocess 1024×1024 pixes pictures on SEMs,Then we can see new information on the processed pictures.The system also works with other equipments such as CT.X-Ray,OM.Video-Cameraand so on.
