摘要
本文对15例初形成的传染性软疣(molluscumcontagisumMC)组织进行了电镜观察。发现(1)传染性软疣病毒(MCV)的形态发生分三个阶段:即细胞中央形成中等密度的丝粒状区——病毒前包涵体;随后在该区内出现高密度的细粒链状团块——病毒前基质;然后在该团块状物边部形成双层膜,该膜分割包围病毒前基质形成圆形的初期病毒颗粒。(2)MCV的发育则有四个期:即初期、中期、成熟期和退变期。侧体不是MCV的普遍结构,而是中期MCV发育中形成的暂时结构。
early molluscum bodies were observed with TEM. There were three phases in the process of MCV mor-phogenesis. The first is the previrus inclusion in the center of the cells, second the previrus viroplasm mass in the previrus inclusion and next the dubble outer membranes cutting, surrounding the previrus viroplasm mass to form primary virus particles.The development process of MCV has 4 phases,i.e. , primary, middle , matural and degenerate patterns. Lateral bodies are not the common constitutions but the temporal constructures of middle phase MCV.
