摘要
本文采用加弧辉光离子渗金属技术,实现了在不同含碳量普通碳钢表面的渗钛。对渗层合金元素的分布进行了测定;并应用X射线衍射及透射电镜测试方法,研究了渗钛层的相组成及相分布。分析结果表明:在低碳钢(0.1wt.%C)试样表面形成的渗层为固溶了一定钛元素的合金铁素体α相,同时含有ξ-FeTi中间相及碳化物γ-TiC,当含碳量高时(0.6,1.2wt.%C),试样表面形成以碳化物γ-TiC为主的化合物渗层。
This article introduced the technology of glow-discharge surface alloying with arc sources.Titanizingwasachieved on the surface of carbon steel with different carbon content by using this technology. The distribution of elements in diffusion layer were determined by usingX-Ray diffraction apparatus andTEM.The phases and their distribution in diffusion layer were studied. The phases in the Titanizing layer of mild- steel were ferritα),-FeTi and γ-TiC. When the sample hashigh carbon content(0. 6wt.%,1.2w.%), the phases in Titanizing layer was mainly γ-TiC.
