摘要
对动物细胞G6P酶的电镜细胞化学方法稍加改进,将其应用于植物细胞中得到了良好效果。G6P酶活性在细胞核、细胞膜、液泡膜、内质网及解体细胞中小泡膜上均有显示。
Using the improved cytochemical localization procedure of G6Pase, G6Pase in plant cell of soybean cotyle-don was examined, and the good results were obtained: G6Pase were distributed at the nucleus, cell membrane,vacicle membrane,endoplasmic reticulum and the bubbles in disintegrated cells.
