变性糊精自流动性研究及形态结构的扫描电镜观察

A Study on the Selfmobility of Carboxymethyl Dextrine and Observatons ofIts Form and Structure by SEM

论述了糊精经羧甲基化后，所得变性糊精自流动性的改变。经扫描电镜观察其形态结构与未变性前有着明显差别，对观察结果进行了分析讨论，为变性糊精在工业生产应用的可实施性提供了形态学依据。

The changes of the selfmobility from dextrine carboxymethylation to carboxymethyl dextrine have been in-vestigated and the obvious differences in form and structure before and after the carboxymethylation were ob-served by SEM.
