摘要
本文首次对偏心介质球加载理想导体球形谐振腔的谐振模式进行了精确分析,所采用的多极多谐展开法在引入球谐矢量波函数加法定理之后是严格的,讨论了TE、TM和混合模式谐振波数随加载介质球电参数、半径和偏心距变化的规律,并给出了部分模式的场分布图,经验证,本文的分析方法和结果是精确的.
An analytic study of a perfectly conducting spherical resonant cavity loaded by an eccntric dielectric sphere is proposed in this paper.With the introduction of addition theorems for vector spherical harmonics,the method employed here is rigorous for arbitrary modes ,relative dimensions of the structure,as well as dielectric properties.TE,TM and hybrid modes are carefully evaluated and their dependence on geometric parameters and material properties is specifically illustrated.Field distributions of some modes are obtained.The reliability of the analysis is justified.
