摘要
本文提出了一种新的数字射频存储器非均匀相位量化方法,它把幅度量化方法与相位量化方法相结合,使之同时具有最优幅度量化DRFM低寄生信号电平和相位量化DRFM大动态范围的优点.
This paper proposes a new non-uniform phase quantization method of digital radio frequency memory(DRFM).By means of combination of amplitude quantization method with phase quantization method,it is possible to have the advantages of both the lower spurious level in amplitude quantization DRFM and the larger dynamic range in phase quantization DRFM.
