摘要
本文叙述了采用四端结构的圆盘接触式传感器，可自动、在线检测彩管发泡镍丝米电阻和线径值。该方法经实验和误差分析表明，当镍丝米电阻范围为４～４５０Ω，线径范围为０．０６～０．１５ｍｍ时．其检测精度优于±３％。
The article describes the on-line automatic measurement methods of Ni-wire resistance per meter and of wire diameter, in which the disc contact type sensor with four terminal structure is used. Experiment and error analysis have shown that the range of Ni-wire resistance per meter lies within 4 and 450Ω, the range of Ni-wire diameter lies within 0.06 and 0.15mm, and the inspecting and testing precision is better than±3%.
