摘要
利用表面贴装技术和表面贴装元件设计制作的低通滤波器模块,频响为DC~0.2Hz,Qp值高达1000。本文叙述了按用户技术要求而进行的线路、工艺原理设计和几项工艺试验、电性能测试。
Making method of SMT low-pass filter modules with working frequence range 0~0.2Hz and their quality factor (Q value) to 1000 is introduced. The Principle of their circuits and technology design according to user's technical requirement as well is technological tests and measurement of module electric characteristics are described.
