高方阻浆料中功能相材料的选用

Selection of materials containing functional phases in the paste with high sheet resistance

介绍二氧化钌、钌酸铋、钌酸铅、钽钌酸铅的合成条件，以及它们在高方阻浆料中的性能特征。通过实验对比，钌酸铅及钽钌酸铅是性能优良的高阻浆料功能相材料。

Synthesising condition of ruthenium dioxide, bismuth ruthenate, lead ruthenate and leak tantalate-ruthenate and their roles in paste with high sheet resistance are described. Through experimental comparision it is shown that the lead ruthenate and the lead tantalate-ruthenate are more excellent materials containing functional phases in the high-ohmic paste.
