着重论述Ｒ型变压器漏磁极小，损耗小、温升低、结构扁薄，体积小、重量轻、噪声小、安全可靠、工艺一致性好、并充分利用材料等特点。提出抓住机遇。大力发展我国的Ｒ型变压器。

It is emphasised that type R transformers feature small leakage magnetic flux and loss. low temperature rise. flat structure, small,olume and weight, low noise. as well as high reliability,good technological uniformity and full utilization of materials. Seizing opportunity to devote major efforts to developing national type R transformers is proposed in this paper.
