MD疫苗免疫雏鸡vMDV攻击后细胞免疫功能的变化

THE CHANGES OF CELLULAR IMMUNE RESPONSEAFTER CHALLENGE WITH vMDV TO THE CHICKS INOCULATED WITH MD VACCINES

马立克氏病（ＭＤ）三价疫苗免疫雏鸡马立克氏病强毒（ｖＭＤＶ）攻击后，免疫保护指数（ＶＰＩ）为７３．３０％，脾脏和胸腺Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖反应比ｖＭＤＶ感染雏鸡和ＨＶＴ疫苗免疫后ｖＭＤＶ攻击雏鸡显著增强（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），外周血液Ｔ辅助细胞（ＴＨ）和单核细胞数量显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５和Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５）．火鸡疱疹病毒（ＨＶＴ）疫苗免疫雏鸡ｖＭＤＶ攻击后，ＶＰＩ为５６．７％，脾脏和胸腺Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖反应比ｒＭＤＶ感染雏鸡显著增强（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５）和外周血液ＴＨ数量显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），单核细胞数量虽有增加但无统计学显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．

The vaccinal protective indices(VPI) was 73.3% in the chicks after inoculation with MDtrivalent vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The lymphocyte proliferative reaction or spleenicand thymus T lymphocytes was significantly enhanced (P< 0.01,P< 0.01 and P<0.01,PM0.05), and the numbers of T. and monocytes in the peripheral blood were significantlyincreased (P<0.01, P<0.05 and P<0.05, P<0.05) in the chicks after vaccination with MDtrivalent vaccine and challenge with vMDV compared with those after infection with vMDVand after inoculation with HVT vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The VPI was 56.7% inthe chicks after vaccination with HVP vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The lymphocyteproliferative reaction or spleenic and thymus T lymphocytes was significantly strengthened(P<0.05,P< 0.05), and the number of TH in the peripheral blood was significantly raised(P< 0.05) but that of monocytcs was not significantly increased (P> 0.05) in the chicks aftervaccination with HVT vaccine and challenge with vMDV in contrast with those after infection with vMDV.
