摘要
本文以逆、顺流换热器为例,研究了污垢对换热器不可逆性的影响,结果表明换热器的熵产生数随污垢热阻的增加而增加,即污垢的存在使换热器的可用能损失增大。
The paper takes counterflow and parallel flow heat exchanger as example to study the irreversible effect of fouling to heat exchangers. The result shows that entropy grneration increases along with increasing heat resistance of fouling. In other words, the presence of fouling causes the loss of recoverable energy of the heat exchangers.
