摘要
采用有限差分法和k-ε湍流模型对板坯连铸机结晶器内钢液的流动进行了数值计算.分析了双侧孔浸入式水口射流角度、连铸速应、以及水口浸入深度等操作和设计参数对流场的影响.
The finite difference method and k-ε turbulence model were applied to the numerical computation for the fluid flow inside the mold of a continuous slab-casting machine. The effects of casting speed,jetangle and immerged depth of nozzle on the flow field were discussed in relation to operations and design parameters.
