摘要
根据渣-金化学平衡原理,以石墨作坩埚,在一个半密闭的石墨容器内,用铜作熔剂,测定了MgO-B_2O_3渣系中B_2O_3的活度;用锡作熔剂,测定了CaO-B_2O_3渣系中CaO的活度.用a函数积分法分别计算了MgO-B_2O_3渣系中MgO的活度,CaO-B_2O_3渣系中B_2O_3的活度.实验结果表明,半密闭容器有效地抑制了B_2O_3在高温下的挥发.得到的活度曲线与文献报道的利用相图和生成自由能计算得到的结果相符.
Based on the equilibrium between B2O3-MgO slag and Cu melt and that between B2O3-CaO slag and Sn melt,the activites of B2O3 in B2O3-MgO slag and CaO in B2O3-CaO slag have both been measured in a roughly sealed graphite container. The activity of other component in both slags was calculated by integrating a function. The experimental results indicate that the volatilization of B2O3 can be suppressed in the roughly sealed graphite container successfully. The activity curves of CaO-B2O3 slag are in good agreement with the data in earlier work by use of phase diagram and calculated Gibbs free energy of formation.
