摘要
在IBM-386或其兼客机上.利用图形操作系统Windows3.1开发出一种对触针式表面轮廓仪实现技术改造的方法,使目前使用的触针式轮廓仪具有自动控制、数据采集、信息处理及结果输出等功能。简述了系统采用的硬件电路、软件构成和所实现的功能。经对哈尔滨量具刃具厂(哈量)2201型轮廓仪的改造安装和使用表明,该系统具有功能齐全、操作直观、高测量精度、高数据处理与输出能力,与带专用微机系统的触针式轮廓仪相比,具有明显的通用性和性能价格比。
This paper use a common microcomputer (IBM-386 or its compatible computer) to improve the technology properties of the traditional stylus profile instrument. That makes the stylus profile instrument have automatic control. Data capturing. information processing and result outputs. The construction of the system. hardware circuits. software program and the functions of the system are simply described in this paper. This system used in Model 2201 that was made in Harbin instrument Factory, has shown the advantages of multiple functions, easy operation, high-accuracy and good ability of data processing and result outputs. Comparing with the same type instruments that are made in abroad, this system is very cheaper and more flexible.
