摘要
在横观各向同性的假设条件下。借用弹性力学的复变函数解法,建立了重组木坯料在腰鼓形压辊均栽辗压下圆截面局部受压力学模型。导出的截面内应力分布的级数形式解,可用于计算圆截面木材在横向加载时沿纵向开裂的应力,为重组木坯料加工设备设计提供设计参数。
In this paper, with the help of solving method of functions of a complex variable under the assumed condition of isotropy from transverse view.the local compressed mechanics model is found in the circular section and the exact solution of series form of stress distribution on a cross section is obtained when the reconstituted wood blank is rolled under the rollers which are waist drum shape,with these theories the mechanics nature of along longitudinal direction can be calculated accurately when the wood with circular section is loaded from transverse direction, The designing parameters for designing of manufacturing equipment are provided for scrimber blank and riches the basic theory.
