钢包喷粉技术及其对钢材质量的影响

摘要 钢包喷粉技术是用气体向钢液中喷入粉剂,达到脱氧、脱硫、脱磷、去除杂质、改变夹杂物形态、控制晶粒度及微量元素合金化等目的。经喷吹处理的钢材,含硫量可控制在0.005%以下,氧含量在50ppm以内,低温冲击韧性明显提高。钢包喷粉技术需用设备简单,费用低,操作方便,效果显著,适用于碳钢及低合金钢。 Blowing powder into molten stee1 in ladle by gas, is a wayof deoxidation, desulphurization. dephosphorization and exclu-sion of occluded foreign substances. Steel treated by this waymay have a sulphur content less than 0.005%. oxygen contentwithin 50ppm, and an obviously increased impact toughness underlow temperature. Apparatus needed is simple, easy to operate. Thetreatment is economical and applicable to carbon steel and steelwith low alloying constituent.
