摘要
对T8MnA钢制造板弹簧的试样进行热处理后,分组采用喷九处理、磨削加工等强化方法表明,减少表面粗糙度Ra值、增大残余压应力是提高T8MnA钢疲劳强度的有效措施。同时指出,对于板弹簧类的零件,热处理后喷丸处理是提高疲劳强度的重要手段。实验证明,在热处理过程中采取减少氧化和脱碳的措施,TSMnA钢完全可以达到SCrVA钢使用性能的要求。
Plate springs made of TSMnA steel were heat treated,injected steel ball intoand ground. These finishments could decreased the fitigue of surface,androughness Ra and increase residual pressure.Meanwhile,the report indicated thatthe injecting steel ball treatment after heat treatment was important to increasethe reinforcement for parts such as plate spring.Experiments proved that if we had some ways to decrease oxidation anddecarburizotion in heat tveatment、T8MnA sted utilization behavior could be asgood as that of 5CrVA steel.
