摘要
采用横观各向同性假设,对均布扭矩形成重组木网状坯料的静力学机理进行了理论探讨。在重组木坯料加工过程中,先对间伐材等进行扭转加载.可以加快径、切向压溃并保证纵向纤维不断,为辗压提供更易于加工的原料。
The statics mechanism of scrimber network blank formed with torsion of uniform distribution was studied theoretically under the isotropic hypothesis from horizontal view. In the working process of forming scrimber blank. the torsion load was exerted on the thinning wood in order to crush it along radial direction and tangential direction quickly,and assuring longitudinal fiber unbroken. which provided material for rolling.
