摘要
指出了减少或控制煤矿井下瓦斯涌出是防止瓦斯爆炸事故的最佳途径，并提出了减少煤矿井下各个生产环节瓦斯涌出的具体措施。
This paper points out that decreasing or controlling gas emission in under-ground coal mine is the optimal way for preventing gas explosion, and puts forward the con-crete measures to deerease gas emission on all links in production chain of underground coal mine.
