摘要
平贝母(Fritillariaussuriensis)愈伤组织在继代过程中存在着广泛的染色体变异。随着继代培养的进程,二倍体细胞频率逐渐减少,亚二倍体和超二倍体细胞频率逐渐增多、同时也出现.有单倍体和四倍体细胞。不同培养基对染色体变异的效应是:2,4-D2.5+KT1.0>IAA2.5+KT1.0>IBA2.5+KT1.0>NAA2.5+KT1.0在继代的愈伤组织中还观察到了无丝分裂、外微核及染色质迁移等现象.
There is extensive chromosome variation in callus subculture of Fritillarta ussuriensis Maxim.With the course of subculture, the frequency of diploid cells gradually decreased,the frequency of hypodiploid and hyperdiploid cells increased. At the same time,haploid andtetraploid cells were observed. The effect of different mediums on chromosome variation is 2,4-D2.5+KT1 .0>IAA2.5+KT1 .0>IBA2.5+KT1.0>NAA2.5+KT1.0. Andamitosis,micronucleus,chromatin transferences were observed in subcultural callus.
