雏鸡新城疫免疫后体液中Ig含量和HI滴度的动态变化

CHANGES OF IMMUNOGLOBULIN CONTENT AND HEMAGGLUTINATION INHIBITION(HI)TITER IN BODY FLUIDS OF CHICKENS VACCINATED WITH ND VACCINE

本研究对健康２周龄雏鸡ＮＤ免疫后血清、泪液、气管液、胆汁、肠液中ＩｇＭ，ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＡ含量和血清、泪液、气管液中ＨＩ抗体滴度进行了检测．结果表明，健康雏鸡１次ＮＤ免疫后其上述指标均升高，２次免疫后进一步升高．说明健康雏鸡ＮＤ免疫后，其全身和呼吸道、消化道局部都呈现明显的体液免疫应答，２次免疫后应答反应增强．

This experiment was undertaken to detect the dynamic changes of IgM, IgG, IgA in serum, tear, tracheal fluid, bile and intestinal fluid and HI titer in serum, tear and tracheal fluid of the chickens vaccinated with ND vaccine once or twice.The results were as follows.After the first ND vaccination the contents of IgM, IgG,and IgA in serum, tear, tracheal fluid, bile and intestinal fluid, and HI titer in serum,tear and tracheal fluid of the chickens increased markedly. The changes were more remarkable after the second vaccination. This showed that after ND vaccination once the chickens produced an obvious systemic and local humoral immune response to ND vaccine, and this response became stronger after the second vaccination.
