摘要
作者针对现有计算石油滚子链传动啮合冲击动载荷方法所存在的问题,从物理概念入手,建立了新的石油滚子链传动啮合冲击力学模型,并根据动力学和弹性接触力学理论对新的力学模型进行了求解,得出了石油滚子链传动过程中因啮合引起的滚子与轮齿冲击载荷的计算公式和链条附加动载荷计算公式。
On the basis of physical conceptions, the authors estab-lish a mechanical model for calculating the driving engage-ment impact of oilfield roller chain, pointing out the problemsexisting in the old calculation methods; and, accordingto the theories of dynamics and elastic contact mechanics,the authors resolve the new mechanical model and get thecalculation methods for roller--tooth impact loading resultingfrom the engagement of the roller chain and for additiontaldynamic loading.
