本文针对以往的计算钻井泵空气包体积的方法所存在的问题,根据热力学实际气体绝热等熵过程理论,阐述了钻井泵空气包体积的计算原理和步骤,给出了几种三缸钻井泵在各种工况下的空气包体积计算值,并根据有关计算结果得出了若干重要结论。文末对空气包的研制和使用提出了几点建议。

By referring to and pointing out the problems in the methodsfor velume calculation of drill pump air chamber and in thelight of air adiabatic isentropic procedure theory in thermody-anmics, the author gives out the principles and procedures forthe volume calculation of the air chamber,and also the volumecalculation values of a few kinds of triplex drill pump airchamber and draws out some important conclusions accordingto certain calculation results. At the end of the articlethe author offers some suggestions for development andapplication of air chamber.
