摘要
首次对花期香蓼的地上部分的精油及从该精油中分离出的含氧部分的化学成分进行了研究。通过GC分离及GC/MS/DS测定,从精油中测定出29种化学成分并分离得到了2-甲基丁酸-2-甲基丁酯。从精油的含氧部分测定出32种化学成分,其中的23种在对精油的测定中未能有效地检出。
comcounds were identified and estimated from the esential oil of Polygonum viscosum Buch-Hemlt by GC-MS-DS technique.Among them,2-methylbutyl-2-methyl butyrate,-cadinene,β-cadinene, aristolenol,eudesmol, and 2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-7,7,8-trimethyl-1H-3a,6-methanoazulene-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester are the main components. Oxygen-containing fraction seperated from the oil was analysed for understanding the details of the componedts and 23 extra compounds were found as the result.
