摘要
研究了微胶囊膜对酶的固定化作用和保护作用。将固定化酶浸泡于水中无明显的酶释放,在室温下保存15d,酶的保留活性为85%。固定化酶对过氧化氢分解有较好的催化作用,测定米氏常数为0.50mol·L ̄(-1)
Catalase was microencapsulated with ethyl cellulose as film material by the method of Drying in Liquid. The investigation includes the immobility of its film to catalase and protection to the enzyme activity. The immobilized enzyme was not released out through the film to a buffer solution. The relative activity was 85% after the immobilized catalase was preserved 15 days at ordinary temperature. It can catalysise the decomposion of H_2O_2 quickly,and its Michaelis-Menten constant is 0. 5mol·L ̄(-1).
