A New Kind of Salt Glands In Plant

利用扫描电子显微技术，对二色补血草（矶松Ｌｉｍｏｎｉｕｍｂｉｃｏｌｏｒ）Ｏ．Ｋｕｎｔｚｅ进行解剖学研究，发现其表皮中具有特殊的分泌结构，即排盐系统──盐腺。它是由５～７个大型的基细胞和２个帽细胞（分泌细胞）组成。该盐腺呈花朵型结构，称花型盐腺。盐腺多分布在下表皮细胞之中，形大而排列较密。１０个盐腺的平均直径为６０．８μｍ。这种花型盐腺为首次报道。

Using the technology of scanning electron microscopy,which has studied the anatomy of the Limonium bicolor O.Kuntze.The special secretory structure has been found in epidermis.That is the system of excretion of salt-salt glands.It consists of 5～7 large basis cells and 2 cap cells.These salt glands are same shape as a beautiful flower. Therefore,it is called the flower type of salt gland.Its diameter is 60.8μm.It is reported as a new kind of salt gland for first time.
