ZY57-Ⅰ型防气抽油泵采用整泵筒软硬新型活塞结构,装有承载阀、标枪阀和进油阀,标枪阀将泵筒分为上下腔。下冲程时,承载阀和进油阀关闭,标枪阀随抽油杆下行15mm后打开,下腔油气进入上腔。在活塞达下死点附近时,放气孔连通液柱与上腔,达到油气交换避免气锁之目的。上冲程时,标枪阀随抽油杆上行15mm后关闭,下腔降压进入油气,上腔增压排出油气。因泵工作时阀开、关不受气体胀、缩影响,泵效果高达87.8％,一般比普通泵高15％左右。
Model ZY57-I gas-proof pump is a new type of monobarreloil--Well pump with soft-hard piston construction, it is equipedwith an oil-out valve, an oil-in valve and a javelin valve.The javelin valve separates the pump barrel into upper cavityand lower cavity. By means of the alternating opening andclosing of the javelin valve, the operation of oil--in and oil-out valve will not be influenced by the expansion or pressureof gas.The highest pumping efficiency of this pump has been87.8%, about 15% higher than of general pumps.
