摘要
通过正交试验对中碳钢快速球化退火工艺及其组织性能进行了研究，结果表明：新工艺可以缩短球化时间近１０倍，使中碳钢的球化退火实现了省时、节能、高质量的满意效果。
The technique of medium carbon steel rapid spheroidization annealing and microstructure performance has been investigated. The results show that new technique shorten spheroidization time save energy and improve the quality of spheroidization of medium carbon steel.
