ZJ45J钻机自牵引整体搬迁的力学测试与分析

摘要 ZJ45J钻机利用绞车动力,用套管群桩作地锚,用大钩提升牵引快绳,通过复滑轮组实现钻机自牵引整体搬迁。经现场测试计算,ZJ45J钻机自牵引整体搬迁的最大牵引力为1.748MN,井架人字架顶部应力最大,达80.2MPa。为快速、经济、安全搬迁,可在混凝土基础上施加润滑剂和缩短绳系长度。 The self-hauling integral transportation of ZJ45J Dril-ling Rig is conducted by using the drawworks on the rig itselfas power source and the cluster of casing piles as groundanchor and by lifting the rotary hook to drag the fast lineof the pulley block. Field test shows that the maximum dragforce for transportation is 1. 748 MN and the maximum stress,occurred at the top of the gin pole, reaches 80.2 MPa.
